7. Dispatch includes a tracking number and care instructions for delicate beaded pieces.

Checkout offers several payment options, including our usual split-payment plans. You can also arrange split payments via Instagram. For custom orders, a deposit secures your production slot; the balance is paid before your piece ships. The exact breakdown is confirmed when your order is accepted.

Drop pieces are available to buy on the website as soon as they go live. Once purchased, they ship within the same week. Ready-to-ship pieces can be tailored to your measurements free of charge before dispatch. See the sizing page.

Sold-out designs can often be remade to your measurements as a custom order. Exact colourways are not always repeated, so if you want a specific look, a custom enquiry is the safest route. Share your design reference and delivery deadline and availability will be confirmed.

Tracked couriers are used — Royal Mail in the UK; UPS internationally (other shipping companies available but may incur an additional charge). Exact shipping is confirmed when your order is accepted.

UK orders usually ship with Royal Mail Special Delivery and are estimated to arrive within 1 working day after dispatch.

For most EU countries, UPS usually estimates around 2-3 working days after dispatch.

For the US and Canada, UPS usually estimates around 2-3 working days after dispatch. DHL overnight delivery may also be available to the US at an additional cost.

Two yarn options are available for sand dresses and similar knits:

• Acrylic: Ribbed knit with moderate stretch. A smaller colour range; the dress sits over the skin without compression.
• Cotton + elastic: Sleeker knit with high stretch and some waist and bust compression. Unlimited custom dye colours and more structured sand ripples.

Colour customisation is included at no extra cost on cotton pieces. Guidance is available when you enquire.

Yes. If you like a past design but want changes, send over the design and share what you would like adjusted. Changes can include fit, length, colour, straps, detailing, coverage, or other design elements depending on the piece.

Yes. Cotton and elastic pieces can usually be made in different colours, including custom shades and ombré colour transitions. Send the colour reference you have in mind, and what is possible for that design can be confirmed.

Yes. For example knitted or beaded flower earrings to match your dress. Mention this when you enquire and options can be discussed with your order.
